Hair Dye

Hair Dye:2/2/12 Hair is one of the key components to a girl. We have been messing with out hair since we first grew it out on day one. From pigtails to ponytails, clean buns to messy buns, and straightening and curling. Salons have given us a new way to mess with our gorgeous locks;dying it. Now I know once you dye you hair a certain color and keep messing with it it is like killing your own hair,but we aren't murderers just artist. I first started to highlight my hair in 2nd grade; I thought I was the coolest girl with red highlights. Then moving on I have colored my hair many times since 8th grade thanks to my wicked cool hair stylist of a mom. Now a days though I see girls with all sorts of colors in their hair,not only natural colors but vibrant,bright,dark, and glamours colors. Red,Pink,Teal,Green,Blonde,Orange,Blue,Purple,and even Gray. "Oh gosh that poor girl! Her hair is going to fall out! Jaz,see she has light purple for her short layers and dark purple for her ends!",while my mom says this she is shaking her head in disappointment. She doesn't know though,that those types of colors are what people really want and love. Obviously my mom plays on the safe side and keeps colors neutral and clean;I actually believe she would be scared if a client walked in and asked,"Hey I was thinking Baby Pink today and layers.", my mom would look at that client with a horrified expression. Hey everyone has their own ideas of what they want to do to their own hair,and i actually do like the whole dying hair idea. However I'll wait till I';m 18 to dye my hair jet black;my dream hair color. XOXO
